Essential Import and Export started out in Inner Brisbane in Year 2000 from a humble beginning. With the love of beautiful & high quality ladies jewellery & accessories, we soon grew to become the best and most successful ladies jewellery and accessories brand: "Essential Collections". In Year 2010 we have launched a new collection specialised for men whom love stylish, trendy, quality and affordable accessories, “K & E” was born.

Incorporated in July 2003 we now have a deep and established presence throughout Australia, New Zealand. We operate a warehouse and showroom in Silverwater Sydney and exhibit our classic + new collections at Sydney and Melbourne trade shows 4 times annually.

Each Spring/Summer season and Autumn/Winter season we will have a collection for indent pre-season ordering, giving retailers the guarantee support of you will receive the collection on time ready for the upcoming season.

Trading Terms & Conditions

The wholesale online shopping section is for wholesale only, it means only retailers, shop-owners, designers, on-sellers, and wholesalers can gain access to our “wholesale online shopping section”.

Minimum

First and consequent orders have minimum purchase of 2 per design per colour, on pro-forma invoice. Jewellery, handbags, feather fascinators, wraps, scarves, gift items have quantity minimum of 2 per colour per design.

Prices/Taxes

All wholesale prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and GST exclusive. Freight charges and delivery will be via either Fastway Couriers or Australian Post, whichever with the lowest cost will be the one to deliver your goods for you.
For stock delivered in Australia, 10% GST is applicable and will be added at check-out.
For stock delivered outside Australia, GST will not be charged.

Payment methods

Payments methods accepted are: VISA, MasterCard, EFTPOS, EFT, PayPal, Cheque, Direct Deposit or Cash.
Our bank details will be on shown Tax Invoice, as well as at the Check-Out step of Online Wholesale Shopping.

Supplier's Terms & Conditions of Trading

All orders which are endorsed or described as "Pro Forma Orders" are firm, irrevocable and non-cancellable by the Purchaser, and must be paid for in full within 14 days from date of order. Where payment for a Pro-Forma Order is not received within 14 days of the date of invoice, the order may be cancelled by and at the sole discretion of the Supplier and in such event, the Purchaser will be liable from the date of notice of cancellation for a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the invoiced cost or $50.00, whichever is greater.

Return & Exchange Policy

Stock dispatched within 3 months, Essential Import and Export P/L will repair or if cannot be repaired will replace, after 3 months only repair service will be available.
